*cough* Israel *cough*
The same Israel the Muslim nations complain about loudly and publicly to the UN and want our congress to sanction Israel through their proxy sisters but are mum about their supposed religious brothers in China?

Good thing Israel doesn't make all our shiny gadgets and gizmos as well as all our cheap big box store stuff because pretend liberal social justice warriors like those in the NBA and Hollywood would be apologizing and defending them.

The Chinese government is suppressing most 'foreign" religions. I know they are bulldozing christian churches. The whole world would have to sanction them to get them to wake up, and then the world economy would go into recession. The Chinese acquired a lot of economic power very quickly and they are not afraid to use it. The west stood around with their collective thumbs up their butts because their companies were racking in huge profits off of cheap goods. Great job :triumph:

Not just "foreign" religions. Do you know how the Chinese government deals with Falun Gong?

Out of sight out of mind for most Americans.

Just like when we started passing air quality, worker rights, unionizing, etc... they simply moved the plants to foreign countries that don't have those rules. Instantly people enjoyed the gratification of cheaper goods without batting an eye at how that magically came to be.

What can we do? We can't invade. Sanctions?

Best step we could take is for Americans to "get a brain moran" and start to actually look at where their goods are made and decide that they wish to stop supporting that regime.

But as long as people's news source is Karen on Facebook were utterly screwed on them being informed enough to make that kind of decision.

Best thing our government could do is enact standards for imported goods (emissions of plants, workers rights, number of hours they force them to work, etc..). That will never happen though unless the first one happens and people inform themselves.

This needs to happen. Screw my iphone if thats what it takes.

This is also why its so damning, this anti science - anti climate change thing that is being promoted right now. An environmentally woke movement plays *directly* into this endeavour.

Call me crazy but I "suspect" religions are not much more than a tool to "most" that are in power, of cuz they're not going to call our their big, powerful and rich frd.

Organs harvest, minority suppression, animal organs harvest, religions suppression and other crazy stuff have been "rumor"/reported for a very long time now. Like 001 said "out of sight out of mind" - not just Americans, f most don't even care if stuff happen a few blocks away as long as they can still sit comfy in their home with internet.

Lovely 😕.
Falun Gong reports, on the other hand, depict "disturbing and sinister" forms of coercion against practitioners who fail to renounce their beliefs.[182] 14,474 cases are classified by different methods of torture, according to Tong (Falun Gong agencies document over 63,000 individual cases of torture).[183] Among them are cases of severe beatings; psychological torment, corporal punishment and forced intense, heavy-burden hard labor and stress positions; solitary confinement in squalid conditions;[182] "heat treatment" including burning and freezing; electric shocks delivered to sensitive parts of the body that may result in nausea, convulsions, or fainting;[182] "devastative" forced feeding; sticking bamboo strips into fingernails; deprivation of food, sleep, and use of toilet;[182] rape and gang rape; asphyxiation; and threat, extortion, and termination of employment and student status.[182]

How blessed the world is with China's emergence into the 'modern' world.

yep yep, very true. We didn't so much as end child labor, toxic dumping, labor conditions--we just offshored it.

The Bangladesh building fire and collapse should have been a bigger punch to the crotch for the ave. American consumer about what we have actually been doing over the last century, but it wasn't. Go figure: Daddy needs those $30 Banana Republic Chinos!

Doesn't even mention the forced organ donation though they do that to prisoners who aren't Falun Gong as well.
Do we have any actual evidence of that? Cause that seems like a line....

What I have is this :

A variety of evidence points to what the authors believe can only be plausibly explained by systematic falsification and manipulation of official organ transplant datasets in China. Some apparently nonvoluntary donors also appear to be misclassified as voluntary. This takes place alongside genuine voluntary organ transplant activity, which is often incentivized by large cash payments. These findings are relevant for international interactions with China’s organ transplantation system.

You just cited some.

Even Falun Gong critics say China is not specifically targeting Falun Gong with the non-voluntary organ harvesting but, rather, it happens to prisoners in general whether political, religious, or criminal.

Falun Gong, of course, claims to be specifically targeted for their organs but that is unsubstantiated. Regardless, it isn't OK for the USA to arrest Scientologists and harvest their organs just because they also harvest them from other prisoners too so it isn't OK for China to essentially do the same to their pesky cults. It's pretty sick that, in China, you could be arrested for a belief that hurts no one and end up in prison where you may have organs taken from you against your will.

I hear you, yet I feel we are missing a smoking gun.
