Omg, i was just sitting here thinking about stuff, when i got a wiff of my moms cooking.

She is making chilli sauce!!!!

The mix on the right is her super hot rocket fuel formula, the one on the left is the normal but tasty recipe. (you can see a spot where spilt some chilli while stealing.... om om nom!

Honestly, the best Chili recipe I have ever made is Don Ingerski's "Motor Squad Heat." According to Don's website, this recipe won a bunch of major chili tasting competitions. From the taste, I can believe it. Starts off savory and smoky, and finishes with a spicy kick that really sneaks up on you. If you decide to make it, my only recommendation is that you only use the seeds from 6-8 jalepenos. Seeds from the full 12 (or 16) that Don recommends is too hot for most people (myself included, and I love spicy food).
