Men have no rights. Men have been discriminated against these past 50 years. Its been pretty outrageous imo. I heard someone say it here. If the world were to end tommorow, the newspapers would read:
"World to end, women, children and elderly to suffer most."

While the family courts do seem to give more men the shaft, I've seen plenty of cases of hardworking women getting screwed by deadbeat loser ex-husbands.

I think I remember reading somewhere that when you only look at cases in which the father was actually TRYING to secure custody, men win the majority of the time. It's just that the numbers get skewed by all the cases in which the men voluntarily resign custody to the mother.

That being said, with respect to the OP's topic--I know that in GA at least, it's not legally possible for a man to be raped.

I detect the hint of sarcasm, so my response will be formulated under that premise. If you were not being sarcastic, disregard it.

That said, child support and child custody are two areas where there is incredible gender inequality. Just because as a man, I benefit from other inequalities that "swing" my way, does not mean I should have to sacrifice equalities concerning my children. Let's try dealing with each issue on their own merit and give each one it's proper attention and respect. This thread grabbed my attention because, as a father, I would be absolutely DEVASTATED by a divorce and would be, for all intents and purposes, powerless. Bottom line, I would likely lose primary custody of my children, and that would figuratively strip me of purpose.

Just because you've been conditioned to hate the stereotypical/traditional "man", or simply be ashamed of him, does not mean you are carrying out some (perverted) form of social justice. It may be posh to do so, but inequality is inequality. If you want to be as righteous as you think you are, look for 100% equality, not just where society and culture reward you.

Unfortunately there are a lot of bums and deadbeats of both genders who know how to play the system to their advantage quite well. My GF's mother is a hard-working, productive woman who's currently going through a divorce and getting screwed by her lazy/deadbeat/borderline sociopath husband.
