The problem isn't that he's a dirty old man. Most of us here are going to be dirty old men. But pedophilia and child pornography. That's a definite no no. Even for a purple heart recipient.
 
i feel like this could happen accidentally. you know how you download some random stuff on the internet and BOOM you get arrested because the girl in the video is 17 and 11 months old.

and it wont even matter that you deleted it right away because they already have a record that you downloaded it.

this is true, hence why i do not download porn, i view it on websites that verify the actresses ages. However, it does not explain why the accused had over 600 photos of little girls doing horrendous things with adult males in this instance.

still could have been open wifi/hacked account etc.

there are lots of ways to get control of someones machine. there have been a few cases where people have won useing that defence.


but im sure they have logs etc to nail the sick fuck.
