We need translations.

Edit: TBH, I can't tell anymore... (took out quote, wrong guess lol).

Are you Korean? Because I am and they're not fucking Korean. You can even see plain Chinese characters on the umbrella.

This kind of shit would never happen in Korea. Apparently it happened in some uncivilized backwater Chinese village.

Looks like the rest of the Lolipop Scooter Guild made a fast get-a-way leaving the ring leader behind to deal with the angry mob.

Some say the kid was stealing. If that is true, then yeah he needs a good beating. Kicking and such is a bit too far though.

Good to hear I was wrong then.

On topic:

The kid will be scarred and need therapy. It's hardly a beat down. The whole video had about 2-3 'kicks' that seem to be just frustrated nudges. Physically speaking, he's fine. Emotionally speaking, it's terrible.

I wonder what the story is.

Seems like the one lady is laughing or jovial. It is hard to imagine what this kid is accused of that would make people hurt him. I definitely want to know what happened and if police or anyone stepped in to help him.

except for the part where they stand on his hands, and one of his fingers looks kinda messed up there at the end.

What did the guy do to his hand? scrap it on the pavement? the kid did not seem to okay with it but i am sure the crying was partially from being scared and may have helped him from getting more physical damage.

That got removed quick, was it a gang of people beating on a kid? Was there any other context provided?

Why does the video call out the race of the people involved, victim and perpetrators? It does not change the impact of what happened.

can't see the video but seems like some slumdog shit.

edit: just saw it. pretty fucked up but they didn't hurt him too bad except maybe the stepping on the hands. i think the poor kid was just scared more than hurt. pretty sure he won't be stealing anymore.

why is what appears to be a young foreign child alone in china?

he's obviously scared shitless and has completely shut down. jesus christ, someone carry him to the police station if you have to, but you don't BEAT HIM and deafen him with car horns (ever had a horn honked at you with your head at grille level? that alone makes me want to beat those stupid fucks).

Neither, I just realized the title had it in there and it is unnecessary and insinuates a hate crime when this is not a hate crime.

It was kind of necessary. Look at the SECOND COMMENT!

I seriously hope that guy is just trolling.

at first i thought you were just pointing out that he said 'japs,' but the rest of the post is worse...just bold the whole thing, lol.

A lot of people, for whatever reason, don't know that "Jap" is a racist term. It boggles my mind, but I've seen it more often than I feel like I should have.
