It's true child abuse to feed your kid like that and let her be on TV embarrassing herself and her family. Spanking is completely mild compared to this. At least spanking teaches a lesson...

Yeah, I really can't see how that can be anything but child abuse, even if she has a legit medical condition its clearly not being treated correctly or she wouldn't be that fat, odds are she DOES have some disorder and her parents just don't care and won't take her to be checked out. Either way she will be lucky to live to see 30 (if that).
