This kid was on Discovery health or whatever it is now, He mentally is about a 10 year old. They are looking to do bariatric surgery on him.

To be honest the kid just needs to be put out of his misery.

"Oh we tried to get him to eat things but he would throw a fit!"

OMG.... NOT THROW A FIT!!!!!!!!! OH NO!!!!!!!

That's when you give him a good boot to his ass and tell him to eat what's on his fucking plate. If he won't, then he doesn't get to eat.

Fucking worthless parents.

I wouldn't call it child abuse. She just can't say no to her kid. It's just not good parenting. Or just not being health conscious.

If he was still a child it would be child abuse. She`s directly affecting the livelyhood of the kid.

And at 19 he doesn't see something wrong with this? While his parents are 100% innthe wrong for getting him to this point, he needs to grow up take responsibility for his own life too. Tell mom no, pick up the phone or Internet and ask for help.

He doesn't know anything other than being babied so he can't just say no. It`s all he`s ever known. Too bad the state can't help him any more because he`s too old or else a least the state could have gotten him pshychological help since the mom f`d him foe the rest of his life.

You have to wonder if there's something in the psychology of his parents that make them want to hurt him. There is no other reasonable explanation for their behaviour.

I'm no psychologist but I`d be willing to bet the mom is extremely lonely, no husband or other family and since she`s lonely she babies the kid for fear that he`ll leave her too. It`s sad really. The kid never got a chance at life.

Pretty much. Think Cartman on South Park... it's a TV show but they didn't pull that particular mother-son relationship out of thin air. Single moms tend to really baby their kids, especially if it's an only child.

Except that the husband was shown in the video.
