Am I the only one wanting more details on how a gun falling out of a pack can injure THREE people?
It was in a cafeteria. There are lines in a cafeteria. Can you fathom how now?

Lol. You're posting that in a thread where someone in America let a six year old go to school with a gun injuring three people.
The gun accidentally discharged. It hit the floor, discharged a bullet in a cafeteria crowded with school children. A child's leg or foot wouldn't do much to slow down a bullet fired from a handgun I'm afraid...lucky nobody was seriously injured or killed.
Nobody "LET" the kid do it necessarily. That's assuming that someone else knew and allowed him to go anyway - not that he just did it himself.
Now what WAS stupid was to have one accessible to the kid.
Also, you assume that EVERYONE isn't responsible enough to own a gun, which is simply ludicrous.
The bullet also could have sent debris from the walls, ceiling, tables, etc. flying at high speed, which could lead to (very) minor injuries (scratches and the like). Or it could have ricocheted, or both.

because they believed in personal responsibility and children are the parents personal responsibility. if you don't want your children shooting motherfuckers and disrespecting guns, it is YOUR personal responsibility as a parent to teach them to respect guns and how to safely transport and operate guns.
The founding fathers believed in personal responsibility? Is that why they terrorized their government and rebelled? We should take advice from people that knowingly killed over TAXES?

Over taxation without representation.
That would be like you not getting to vote for anyone in the country, and then a self appointed king decides that everyone will be taxed 50% on everything except their own family.
Would you be okay with that?

That I do. I don't own ammunition, if there was somewhere I could store my shotgun I would, If I could rent one, I would. If the government banned my ownership of my shotgun, great, I have been through extensive tests and licensing to ensure I am qualified to own a gun. Unlike this six year old.
Solving problems with war is exactly what is wrong with every country in history.
the fuck?
So in Britain, its necessary to have multiple mental issues to own a gun?

 And if it ain't in the Constitution the founding fathers, who were wise beyond their years, didn't see it being a problem so that's good enough for me!
So if that situation happened, you were not allowed to leave the country and you were not able to change that situation without resorting to violence, then you would just sit and take it?
Violence doesn't fix it. I would NEVER resort to violence.
So you would just sit there and take it like a *****?
