Chieftec Cases: where'd you get it??

I know this case is really popular, so I know some AT people must have it. It's the Chieftec Dragon, aka Antec 1040, aka Chenming knockoff, aka Alienware style.

I'm looking for one with color, but tell me where you got yours or where I can get the lowest price shipped (newegg has silver for 56 bucks shipped) and I'll be your best friend forever!

 
I bought mine for 35 bucks from the aforementioned company, buyxtremegear.com and it came within a week. Most people report receiving what they have wanted or more. Some people get a power supply or cold cathode without asking for one. Some people also got a window, which sometimes is good and sometimes bad. I have also heard people getting a wrong color, but I think the majority got what they asked for. I got what I asked for and my friend did too. Shipping for one case with PSU is 17 bucks and for two cases is 21. I forgot 3.

No, at one point it was 40 bucks. My friend bought it when it was 40 bucks around the beginning to middle of January.

Oh, sorry. At any rate, they've been up at good prices for as long as I've known about them. BuyXtremeGEar has had some customer satidfaction issues in the past, as I'm aware, but anyone buying these cases since they've been cheap has been pretty happy with them, I believe.

Hmm, I think the cheaper ones u guys are talking about are steel right? The case I got was aluminum and came with 4 clear fans and a 420w power supply. Either way I paid a lot more than $35!

Yes, but that site also has aluminum ones for $69, I think it is.
 
screw the aluminum, i know i was talking about beeing sick of my old case weight, but hell i'll just get a case carying strap.

Thanks for the suggestions guys...I guess newegg would be the way to go, however I really wish they had a better color selection. Should I wait for them to get other colors, or do you expect that I won't be able to find different colors at such a great price?
 
Yeah, i'm going to wait till they have Black ones in stock. Should be abot 4 inches shorter then my old case.

I looked in my case to see if i could find any marks i might have missed when i was looking a while ago for the make and i realized my CPU fan was on upside down. Heheh, go figure.
