Are the cases from Antec, Chenming, Uneec, and Enermax that are styled like the Antec SX830/840/860/880 etc., all made by Chieftec?

Do they not make a 8xx series in colors like the Chieftec 10xx series (and Alienware)?

I currently have an SX840. Wheres the cheapest place to get a pre-installed window side panel?

They are all made by Chenmming. Antec/Chieftec use this case and put their name on it. Some online stores offer them in different colors and give you a choice of aluminum or steel.

I have seen them at Newegg.com and at Directron.com at the bottom of the page. Maybe not the cheapest but both are reputable companies.

Let me know if you find any better, I'm looking to buy a large windowed side panel for the SX-83X/84X series like yours in stock white color.

Goood luck to ya...

farmercal, who sells the the 8xx series in colors?

Hobbes28, you mean a beige panel right? Maybe someone knows of one cheaper to help us both out. I can't figure out the model #'s on newegg.

I was also looking for the pre=modded side panel in black for the antec 10xx series. I have a jet black case, but it seems all of the ones at directron and newegg are charcoal.....anybody have any suggestions on places to buy it from????

Oops, sorry. According to their web site, it looks like Chieftec only produces colored versions for front bezels with doors. The only exception I found was a silver version of the DH-01W series (SX6xx) on their news page.

You could always e-mail Chieftec. You never know...
