Chieftec = Antec ?

Is it just me or do the Chieftecs look remarkably like the Antecs. The only difference I could see was the psu and the lack of included fans in the Chieftec. Are these the same cases? One is a rebadge of the other? Sorry if this has been covered before.
 
The cases are manufactured by a company called Chenming

resellers like Antec, Enermax, Chieftec, etc.. take the cases, add their touches (their psu, their fans, paint, stickers, etc) and sell them using their name

I see, thanks punkrawket. So then, I assume that the cases' build quality should be the same, with the exception of the psu's.

you add different fans (i.e. antec comes with antec fans, enermax with enermax fans) and you are correct sir....
