Whats with the "premier exclusive of the spicy chicken biscuit"?

How is this different from the spicy biscuit they serve now?
 
I forgot and missed my appointment. I thought it was pretty lame to have a reservation for a free sandwich. Next time I won't bother wasting the ink.
