Chicago or Midwest Earthlink DSL users - How's your connection speed?

My Earthlink connection in Minneapolis has been slow as $hit for the past 2 weeks. Called the tech support people and they said there's something messed up in Chicago (all my traffic goes through Chicago AFAIK).

Any of you guys having the same slowdown?
 
Sorry, I'm in So. Cal. My down averages around 750 and up 175. Not as good as cable but better than dial-up.\\

BTW, the people you talk to at Earthlink don't know anything and don't care. For the most part they're just college kids working at a part time job who have little or no computer background.
