It's just unbelievable how stupid people can be. Jesus, all they had to do was to number and register the bags. Then with a huge computer base they could track down who bought the bags and throw them in jail.

I think they need also to ban cigarette lighters and spoons. And aluminum, which a lot of drugs are wrapped in, too!

It's a fact; they are all dumber'n rocks (or, they believe their constituents are) ... They are all Democrats. State, County, and City ... every major office is, and has been (for quite a while) 100% Democrats.

Chicago now has the highest sales tax rate (either 10.25 or 11.25%, depending on what zone you're in downtown), we have a $1.00 tax on every bottle of water sold in Chicago (regardless of size) ... all the taxes, State, County/property, and City are going / have gone up.

Chicago has a history of making stupid laws. I moved out of the city and I buy everything I can from other collar counties and states. I'm starting to look for a place outside of Cook county, and possibly Illinois (I can do most of my work from home).

Seems pretty clear to me that this really has nothing to do with stopping drugs.

$1,500 fine per baggie? It's a revenue raiser, that's all.

They should ban shoes, as all drug dealers wear them. without shoes, dealers won't be able to get to the corner to sell.

Could be worse, at least the state income tax rate is capped at 3%.

If they outlaw mirrors I'm done for.

Good for them. This should eliminate the drug trade just as banning handguns eliminated their violent crime.

I don't know why the rest of American cities don't get it. To stop these law breakers all you need is MORE LAWS!

Mia Wallace better not assume what the powder is based on the packaging. Remember what happened last time?

Unlicensed necromancy is a class 3 offense punishable by 3 days in Olds' basement
