The wife and I will be going to the Chicago Auto Show next Friday. Below is the list of cars I definitely want to look at. Any other suggestions?

Cadillac ATS\CTS\XTS
Dodge Dart
Dodge Charger
Chrysler 300
Scion FR-S
Subaru BR-Z
Chevrolet Corvette
Chevrolet Camaro
Buick Regal

650HP 2013 Mustang
Elantra Coupe & 5-door
Veloster
Will the 2013 Fusion be there?
New Ford Escape
Buick Encore (Compact SUV)

Subaru XV wasn't there. BRZ was up on a pedestal, couldn't get in. Same with the Scion FRS. I liked the styling on the Scion a bit more.

Elantra was okay. Decent for the price but the "leather" was probably really nice vinyl.
2013 Fusion looked much better in person. I personally still don't care for it. They were either locked or had huge crowds around them. Same with the Escape and C-Max.
Mazda CX-5 was also locked. Looked nice from the outside though.
Didn't see the Buick Encore.
ATS was also up out of reach. Looked like a baby CTS though.
Crowds were too thick around the Bimmers. Did get a peek inside the M3, and wow, it's amazing what they've done with the interior in 15 years (neighbor has a 98 M3).

If you haven't done it before, you've got to do the Jeep ride along. I gladly wait in line every year for it.

So we're gonna have 2 identical cars running around the showfloor with a different brand badge sticking out? Ala Scion FR-S, Subaru BR-Z.

Thanks alot for making me watch some of those on youtube, and now want a Rubicon even more. So unpractical though. That may be my new hobby in seven years when the house is paid off.

Thanks for the info that you were able to share. Too bad many cars were out reach for a deeper examination. OP, any cars you were interested in?

Corvette, Camaro, CTS-V wagon, ATS, BRZ, FRS, Volt, Veloster Turbo, E63 Wagon, Chrysler's SRT models. Few others I can't remember offhand. I could probably spend two solid days wandering the show.
