I took a yoga class today and was surprised to hear the teacher talking about "Chi". I had a free acupuncture session a few years ago and he also talked about "Chi" and gave me a bunch of reading material.

Just wondering - how widespread is belief in Chi? Is it an Asian heritage ideology, or is it specific to a single culture?
