Better than HALF the vehicles sold today are either trucks or SUVs. The PT Cruiser is selling fine, despite the diminutive useless size. Put that style body on a full size truck chassis, and it will sell at least as well!Originally posted by: mwtgg
Those won't sell nowadays.

And for you people complaining about the interior just being gray, do you want a mural or something painted over it? What would be a good interior (in this price range)?

Well, for starters, more than one shade would be nice!

I still think those older style cars will not sell today. But hey, even the Element and xB sell, so who knows.

- Mustang Retro-Styling Wanted for GTO
- ...they have sold 45,000 2002-03 T-birds...
- ...the MINI Cooper harkens back to a more carefree time...
- ...they took pains to model it on a popular Jaguar sports sedan from the early 1960s.
- Its pointy prow, flat rear deck, and upright windshield recall many designs of the '30s, including Chrysler's own revolutionary Airflow.
- Press kits are being handed out with a simple sketch of the retro-styled SSR truck, Chevrolet's future HHR wagon, and the 1949 Suburban...

What?! You have got to be kidding me if you think that interior looks better. 😕
And I'm guessing the Element, definitely would suit it. :disgust:
I might be wrong, but the only real retro styling I'm seeing is on the new Mustang. The rest just look like washed up clones of other models.[/quote]There is no "might be" about it. You are officially retarded, lugnut. :roll:Originally posted by: mwtgg

Chrysler has the balls to create and produce entirely new designs, like the minivan, and PT Cruiser. GM and the rest, wait to see if it's accepted, then build their own clones. I've always said I'd take a PT Cruiser if it were 30% larger, with a truck platform, featuring a full frame, V8 & RWD. GM had the chance to do that with this, but no they take the safe route and build an EXACT clone! Azzholes! :|
