There are 6.022E23 (some say 6.023E23) atoms per mole, so... # of atoms in question / 6.022E23 = number of moles.
Alas, it's been a while since I've peered at the number of photons emitted at a given wavelength - sorry!

Agh! Just looked it up :
Number of photons emitted = power / photon energy.
Photon energy = h (Planck's constant) * frequency.
Velocity = wavelength * frequency
I believe the velocity should be equal to the speed of light, c, so... wavelength * frequency = speed of light = ~ 3.00E8 m/s.
