Chemistry hybridization question with ClO2-

Can someone show me how these atom bond? I think Chlorine hybridizes into sp3d to form 3 hybridized unpaired orbitals, with which the oxygen and ionzed oxygen bond. But this would mean that Chlorine would have 10 electrons. Can anybody correct or verify me please? thank you
