That's my Jesus...

Naw kid. Buddha is your man. Lord Buddha gave up the life of a prince, and became a spirtual being.

Exactly, this is the richest country in the world, why do we have such a problem with taking care of our people?
I don't want to turn this into P&N and i will only speak for myself here. I'm jaded because i see too many people gaming the system. I'm all for helping people that need help but we need to weed out those can work.

WTF is a "spiritual attack?"
I guess you haven't read the thread. OP is being attacked by demons & only follows orders from God. But he's finally got the sense to come in from the cold so maybe there's hope for him.

Yea, I work with a guy whose dad has been on SSI for 20 plus years. He hasn't worked since he was in his late 30s. Now he's 60. All he does is stay in and watch TV all day. He was like "my dad is really sick." Then I saw his dad out and he was fine! He was ovrweight for sure. BUt, if all you do is watch TV all day for 20 plus years you're going to be overweight.

I want to be on that sweet sweet gov dole myslef! Video games all day. Movies at night. Pizza daily with cold ice cream. Air conditioned room in the summer. Don't have to leave the home EVAR!

Where do I sign up? :D:D:D

do you, though? I'm curious how many of such people you actually see, and if you are aware of the actual number that those people represent, as a whole, of the population that receives benefits.

IIRC, the actual data that we have to make these determinations, it seems that the number of those "gaming the system" has pretty much held steady over decades in the low 1-5% of benefit recipients. ....and that really isn't a whole lot of money when logically compared to all of the other things the feds spend money on.

OK, while not huge numbers here's a few examples of people i do or did know personally. I don't see them often anymore since i stopped going to the bars myself, so it's possible they are now working.
I'm also not positive what kind of assistance they were getting, welfare, SS disability or whatever.
-Guy i knew - Alcoholic & mental issues he claimed, can't work. 99% of the time i was around him he was fine. Dead now.
-His son, who i worked with for a short time - Alcoholic, can't work.
-Another guy, ate too much acid when he was younger, can't work. Seemed OK to me, a bit odd but i've seen worse.
-Guy i used to work with, hurt his back, can't work. Heard several times from other coworkers at the time he was seen at the beer distributor lifting cases/kegs with no problem.

I'm no social counselor, maybe there were other issues that i wasn't aware of too. Just seemed to me those people could be working if they wanted to.
Sadly, i could probably think of more if i tried.

Sorry to derail the thread.

Good to hear Cheez.

But for the love of god we really need to do something about our mental health issues in this country...

I agree. Dude is definitely in need of some help. Having said that, for his own personal well being and health he should really be making his own way. It's just the natural progression of a man and any man that doesn't do that will always be missing something. Jmo. Hopefully there are programs to help so that he can get to that point.
Spoken like a true Republican! If he can never get to that point what then? Cut out his safety net and kick him out to the streets?
I ask that because that is what Trump is attempting to do at every turn.....cut Medicare.....cut foodstamps....cut the SNAPs program..........etc....

WTF is a "spiritual attack?"
The problem is I would expect this question to be asked, due to one of my posts on another thread where I was roasted alive!
Just because you or somebody else might not believe in religion or a God and anything that is spiritual does not mean that because it may not be real to you; that does not mean that it is not real to the one who is suffering from these things! If it impairs the persona ability to function as a productive human being then as humans who are compassionate we or the government helps because they perceive a real genuine problem! '
My question is why ask that kind of a question> Had you read the while thread you would know there is a very rteal problem!
God Bless!!

Hey guys I had a chat with the admins on this forum and they allowed me to post here. They unlocked my account so I can provide updates to you all.. I am very thankful to them.

A lot has happened to me while I was away.. still have a part-time (flex) job at Amazon. Jesus told me to buy an electric scooter 3 months ago.. he picked one out for me and told me to GO BUY IT! Then a week and half later Jesus told me to go buy an used car! I obeyed. I put them all on my credit card. I've been busy making credit card payment. Riding my bike has been terrible experience as I kept getting attacked by the drivers (verbally, blasting horns, almost push off the road, etc). I was going paranoid riding a bike for commute worrying I'm gonna get attacked again. Turned out that Jesus wanted me to stop riding the bike and get an electric scooter and ride it on public road. Jesus keeps having me ride a scooter like a little duckling..🐥He wants me to be seen on the road as much as possible to get people's attention that riding scooter will be an alternative transportation solution and that they can go very fast and are comfortable to ride.

Since I've moved in to a free housing provided by the city's housing assistance end of last year I've been having trouble.. My neighbors (both same floor and a floor below me) started slamming on the doors very hard... things got worse over time to the point it's unbearable.. I requested to move to a different room and it got even worse. My whole living space shakes when the neighbor downstairs slams on the door day and night. This is one of the supernatural torment... which I've been facing since 2015. Turned out God wants me to get a tent gear again and get outta the free housing. A month ago Jesus told me there is serious trouble coming to my parents as the country will face economic crisis. Jesus told me to contact them so I did eventually... When I contacted my Dad via email he said he lost his job (laid off) just a week before I contacted. They are planning on selling their house and move to Florida and get a house there. Jesus told me to tell them not to go there as the trouble is coming to them financially. I could tell they didn't want to listen to me and were not happy with me saying this. Jesus wanted me to get situated with the new place in the wilderness and setup tent there... not only for myself but for my parents as well in the future. Looks like a lot of people will go homeless.

So I'll be moving back to the wilderness this week.. Here is the video of me showing you where I'm going to setup a tent (living quarters) directed by Jesus.

You seemed to have a decent housing setup though, should have stayed there imo. Are you sure it's Jesus telling you to do these things and not the devil pretending to be Jesus? It could be a distraction to try to bring you away from Jesus.

If you really do want to live in the wilderness I would at least try to find a good job and save up to buy land and do it properly. Making a proper building with heat and electricity etc on land that is yours. Trying to live in a tent on random land is not really going to end well. Summer might be coming soon, but winter will be coming right after that, then you'll be back where you left off.

Yeah, it would be kinda cool if Cheez got himself a piece of land out in the boonies and build himself a log cabin.

Come on Cheez, Jesus totally approves of this idea. He told me so in a vision!

That camp housing (tent & canopy) I set up in the wilderness last year I had my neighbor homeless guy move in..that's his place now I can't take it back from him. I gave him everything...tent, canopy, enclosed wood stove, dog cage, etc.

I bought another tent and two smaller canopy and going to get them set up.. the new place is actually located the opposite end of the state park I used to live.
I'm unable to bring in large income as I barely make it 6~ 7 hours of work a week. That's just barely enough to pay my credit card bill so I can't invest on a new land for housing. It's a miracle I'm still hanging in there at part-time job at amazon warehouse.

This is interesting man, where are you camping out? Is it free?
I live in a gov owned state park where homeless guys live. Yeah it's free no rent. 🙂

I don't mind a little shed. It is a little easier access to the new place so later I might ask you guys to build me one.

I will post up pics/video on setting up the new place.

On one hand I'm pleased to hear your alive! :)

On the other however I'm extremely sorry the living-place hasn't worked out. Really I think you should reconsider and not leave until you actually have someplace to go other then the woods.

Don't let this be a big step backwards!

Do you have issues with other homeless coming after your setup? How far spread out are you from your neighbors? Do you have a job? What state are you in, is the weather ok for year round?

It's a madness here at the free housing...at least to me that is. Neighbors are slamming on the doors so hard the apartment shakes. They do it day and night and I can't even sleep and I suffer from spiritual attack. My life in the free housing had actually been worse than living in the tent. If I knew if it was going to be this bad I wouldn't have moved to the housing I would've just stayed where I was.

I'm not too worried about it as I will stay in my tent most of the time other than part time work. The other homeless guy lives several hundred feet away...right by the railroad track. I live in Indianapolis near downtown.. the weather last year has been 80s to 90s in the summer and got down to -5F in the winter it hasn't been extremely bad..I'm gonna get me USB powered fans to cool myself for the coming summer.
