some are made like pies, with a crust, and that totally ruins the taste and texture.

one of my favorites. my mother used to make some lousy cheesecake out of a can on a premade crust.

i learned to make them myself, add a little lemon to the mix, or some strawberries....or choclate chips, whatever, cheesecake is fantastic; and i have 2 in my fridge right now.
