I buy about 10 lbs of cheese every time I go to the store. 🙂

Italian Food - Provolone & Mozzarella combined (as said before...harder stuff, not mushy crap that turns to milk when you melt it. I like my melted cheese chewy) FRESHLY grated Parmesan & Romano for pasta dishes...not the stuff in a can.

Mexican Food - Melted Monteray Jack is the best. Colby or Colby/Jack for Tacos.

American Food - Medium/Sharp Cheddar for burgers or sandwiches.
