Just for everyone's information, Mr. Cooper's cheese problem was resolved with the assistance of UPS and his order has been sent to him again free of charge.
UPS is working with us to make sure these incidents remain extremely isolated and that we have in our control the ability to contact the customer directly letting them know of any delayed or rerouted shipments.
