maybe you should just have a breakdown of tears and get it over with. i dunno, crying is healthy, right...?

Not always, and in this case, it will be just a release, a temporary relief without long-term solutions.

Hello ThunderGirl 🙂. I do not know what I should say. On the one hand, this forum is just an anonymous place where people come to take a swift break from normal reality and on the other hand, we, as human beings connect and create, even over the anonymity of the 'net. As one who doesn't see this forum as really 'real', not like people in my life, I am at a slight loss.

Let me see what words I can give you. It is sometimes hard to live life because we open ourselves up to other people, like you have done with your husband. In so doing, we open ourselves up to pain and being influenced because others hurt and destroy. Take a look at what your husband is doing, doesn't that feel like crap? To know that the person who should support and help you does that?

That is the way human beings are, strange creatures.

An option exists, however. That option is to look to the good, to look at the positive in all times and to have enough strength to affirm others, to create joy, and to create life. It is not easy. And I do not know of a way to show you or tell you how to go about doing that. If I did, I would probably write a book and retire in the bahamas.

But that's an aside. Inside, you have the courage to endure nearly anything, as humans are indomitable creatures if they have a will to survive and moreover to progress. Look to that, look to what you can do, look to what causes the depression and how you can change your reaction or the actions of others.

And surround yourself with people who support you, it makes life easier.

For now, take care, and let go of all the pain that's built up. Eat a strawberry, and enjoy the heat of summer.

Cheers ! 🙂
