Ok I just got a 256MB stick of RAM and I have no idea what kind it is. I have it in my machine and it reads it but I have no idea if it is PC1600/PC2100 etc (DDR). Is there any way I can check?

I also have a seperate 128MB of PC2100 stick in.

Yeah it's in the machine and it works I just don't know if it is PC1600 or PC2100 or what. Because i'll keep it if it's PC2100, but I want to sell it if it's PC1600 because I allready have a stick of PC2100 RAM in there.

Oh and I also got a Thunderbird chip but I don't know what it is. Is there a website where I can identify it by the markings? Here are the markings:

A1200AMS3B
AXHA 0106MPMW
F3271330052

The TB Chip is a 1.2Ghz Athlon TB. Use Sandra System Info Summary to find out the speed of the rams.
