so how do i go about checking to see if the rails are running at the right voltage.. what program? and what should it be running at..

i have an antec 350w model SL350 psu
 
The only way to tell for sure is with a DVM/DMM (digital volt meter/multimeter). Software is not nearly as accurate as most meters.
