"Checking NVRAM" and no boot

Morning,
Out of the blue my trusty little FIC Sabre won't boot up. On the top of the first boot page it lists the processor and then just sits on the next line that says "Checking NVRAM...." I tried clearing the CMOS, pulling batteries blah blah blah, etc. and the little chit just won't boot. Am I looking at a new MB? any suggestions.

Thanks from Phoenix,
Frank

Hi,

I would try posting this in the motherboard or technical support forums - as you're unlikely to get much of a response in HT.

Cheers,

Andy
