Checking Integrity of an ISO

I just downloaded Linux Mandrake 7.2 from an FTP. It included this file that has the correct "integrity" (is that the checksum or CRC?). I would like to know how I check the integrity of the file I downloaded so I know its not corrupt. Thanks.
