Checking computer temperature...

I have a P4C800 deluxe mobo and Intel 3Gig cpu.

Where do I look to see the temperature readings? Is it in the bios setup or can I view it from windows?

You can view it from BIOS, and using a program like MotherBoard Monitor can show you the information from Windows 🙂

I use motherboard monitor to gather the temp information and CoolMon to display it on the desktop transparently.

Where do you get CoolMon? And how do you link it up to Mobo Monitor?

I was thinking it would come with something.... but I looked through my programs and control panel and didn't see anything...

setup is a little tricky to get them integrated. you have to copy some dll files from mbm to coolmon...read the help files in both applications carefully. Once you get it set-up properly it is an easy task to view your system info.
