Check your Webcertificate account for losses !

If you had money in a Webcert account, go there now and check your balance. I haven't used them since last year and they have charged away 1/2 my balance in fees. I'm waiting for their response now. I don't think I will like their answer.

I'm still waiting for an answer from them, but it looks like an email they sent in November (see below) advises that our accounts have been extended to 3 years instead of 1, so we have "more time to spend it".

But apparently that simply enabled them to begin charging you if your account has not been used in a year.

3 months I think and they can start deducting $3 per month after that until the account is dry. They changed the Term sometime last year. I didn't know until someone else at work told me. Sucks i say.
