Understood and appreciated.
My problem is folks who like to hang out in the blind spots and wait until you decide you want to change lanes. For some strange reason at that point they decide they need to race up and be in front of you. I always have to signal for about 10 seconds before I am able to safely move over. That gives them time to decide how badly they have to be in front of me.
