first off, centering everything on the news for your main page is suck.

wouldn't having buttons for your navigation and text links for your links section be better? i moved my mouse to the right because i thought that was the nav bar.

the space between each box on the left and right panels are spaced way too far apart.

better, but its slow, each of those menu images is 9kb and that is way to big, also its kinda too dark, use brighter font color.
