That's ridiculous. Just go to a store where you have a friend working and have him/her run the numbers. That way it can't be traced back to you. Newegg needs your address to ship stuff.

I'm sure there is a loophole. Probably the card has been reported stolen and the cops are trying to catch the guy using it. No one can be this dumb IMHO
