Its a clever design, for what it's worth. Can you do any better?

I can do several things better. For one thing I can do something other than waste my time designing something inferior to what is currently the norm. Like waste my time posting on ATOT for example.

2) I can do something other than LIE to people and tell them my design is more efficient than the current internal combustion engine.
3) I can make a better website with my eyes closed.
4) I can say I have better integrity than someone trying to bilk investors out of their money by misrepresenting a design as more efficient when it is not.
