I actually might consider a combo drive; I never burn on the fly from another CD drive, and I never really have the use for 2 cd drives, so that might work out nicely.  Good call, Mist.

Newegg has the following brands/prices in 2x512MB PC3200 CAS2 setups...Kingston HyperX/$249...GeIL Golden Dragon/$199...Corsair XMS/$260...OCZ EL/$289...There's some Buffalo PC3700 CAS3 for $200 also. I've heard great things and bad things about all 5 brands so I'm no help there, but that should help you find a better price for what you want...
