<< This "designer" looks to be about 9 years old. Or at least his work looks like a 9 year old did it. >>

That's what I was going to say. It looks like something I put together when I was about that age. I also love how he offers to upload it to your ISP for free. How many 'real' sites are hosted on an individuals ISP now? I wonder what he would do if you had an ISP w/o Frontpage Extensions? Hmm...he also designed the site in Frontpage 4.0. Nice to know he's also using the latest tools. Anyone know how old this site is?

I think that web site is about 4 years old, about how long Computer-smith has been open. The biggest change I've noticed is on the price page, which is now a PDF download instead of some weird Excel/html page that took a long time to load.

Perhaps they could add the requirement of a high school diploma or GED to qualify for the minimum wage. If people refuse the education that society is willing to provide, then society shouldn't have to pay for the unmarketability of certain individuals. Individual responsibility. mithrandir2001

What about the people who are CURRENT high school students trying to find jobs. While the idea is good, you should add a clause for people who are currently working towards that. They would be the ones who would be needing the minimum wage law the most.

EDIT: also isn't the idea of minimum wage to protect those who DON"T NEED IT? It keeps us from having a class of low paid workers who steal all the positions from the more educated (more expensive) people.
