Judging from the way the plastic is streaming through the door seam I'll bet that that door is jammed shut, becuase that door latch is useless.

hmmm....i dont believe so. of course, i have only had my liscence for a few years so maybe someone else can clear this up.
 
My praticle joke for these people: Pour a glass of water on that plastic sheet right before they hop on the experessway.
 
Car "inspections" in Illinois are done when you get the car tested for emissions. Basically if it runs and the brakes work, they'll let it go. They let my car with no speedometer through without a hassle.
