Well... I can't imagine what strength the biceps of a super-heavy weight body-builder has, but it has to beat his leg/ab muscles.

He's not just wrapping his legs around...he doing an armbar..most guys in MMA go for that submission tactic....the guys who do get armbarred tap out real quick otherwise broken arm.

Slamming is a way to get around the triangle, but if they hook your leg you won't be able to lift them up.
