Bad video memory.. Get it RMA'd..

Is it me, or are there a lot of Visiontek cards failing as of late?

Exactly what I was thinking. I had a Voodoo 2 card do that exact thing a few years back. Massive dust had built up around the mem chips because I had a fan pointed right at the cards. I cleaned it off and it cleared right up.

It also looks a lot like what happens when you overclock the vid memory too high. I doubt it's the GPU overheating, because that normally just gives you a hard lock, or it always has for me.
