I almost never shop at Safeway. The 2 in outer SW are both filthy and overpriced.

BTW, you can buy beer in grocery stores in Utah, it's just has to be 3.2% or less (same as in Colorado).

I think OLCC is on the warpath again. They are being forced into allowing liquor sales in grocery stores by this fall, but originally it will be just a test program in select stores. I think it can be safely assumed that only stores with perfect records will be selected, and it looks like Safeway might have its eyes on that prize. Just my guess...

Oh, and buying a gun isn't faster - Takes about 10 mins for the background check.

that is seriously messed up. i agree, next time submit a urine sample, birth certificate, blood tests, DNA profile, call your parents...
