I guess these virginity auctions are the modern version of "a fool and his money are soon parted." Nah, they don't even try to hide it. C'mon, the page is called "Virginity Auction," I think I saw the phrase "selling my virginity" used several times, and in the section about what the winning bidder receives it's explicit: "The winning bidder will receive a 12-hour date with me, during the course of which he will be offered my virginity.:

It's really just a matter of not being worth it for the cops to go after her. First, the cops with the right jurisdiction would have to know about it and care enough to track down her real info. Then the DA would have to care enough to prosecute.

lol, yeah I get the escort thing however she is flat out asking for a high bidder for her virginity. You can't take it without intercourse so it's flat out saying you win bid, you get sex. I'm just curious why she couldn't be arrested for soliciting just by her own site alone.
