I've done worse, oh wait you said that came from FedEx, I would have at least poured water on it torn off a panel and drop kicked a few times before I sent it on its way
 
I'd like to see the packaging because people just don't pack things very well. If they just threw the board into the box then you really can't blame fedex.
 
Did you guys ever see that skit on SNL set in a hotel lobby, where the bell boys would utterly demolish every piece of luggage they were handed? That was hilarious!
 
If that box had ears, I'd wager it heard something like the following at some point in its travels:

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Um, why don't you people who get banged up boxes refuse delivery? Sometimes it will even tell you on the box, "Refuse Delivery if box is damaged".

I've never had a problem with UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express. Maybe you guys antagonize your drivers or something...
 
Is there a sizable dent in the side of your car, or maybe the driveway? When they say they deliver by air, I always imagine some guy hefting boxes out the back of a truck as it speeds down the street at 50mph.
