if you havent overclocked anything then that score isnt really low, seems pretty typical for your set up run at stock settings. what do u have your memory running at? ddr266? you could always buy better memory (or try oc'ing what you have for a small boost) & run it at ddr333 or higher (this would make a sizeable difference); overclocking the cpu would raise it alot too

ti4600's topped around 13-14k i think so thats about right

i think its about right
have you oced the vidcard at all?
even ocing the cpu will help

Nothing is overclocked at all... all of the voltages and everything is at Auto in bios. I've honestly never tried overclocking or anything. What can I safely do to get better scores? :) Thanks!

well i think you can pretty safely overclock the ram atleast a bit

download coolbits and go from there

run 3dmark2001 every once in a while and see if you get any white dots and stuff appearing....or if images are tearing/not there....that means you've gone too far and need to back off a bit

maybe make ram timings more aggressiev in bios (smaller numbers=more aggressive)
make sure you know how to reset bios just incase
