I just have to pass this along. Just booked a flight from Atlanta to Seattle with a 1 hour layover in Detroit on Northwest Airlines for $260 for my wife and I. All taxes and fees included. The trip was booked for the weekend of January 22nd. If you have travel plans, this is definetly worth a look.

This comes to about $25 per leg of the flight per person. They may have us moving that cart up and down the aisle serving drinks tho'.

Edit: This was only for a few days and some folks got lucky. Deal is dead, but it looks like there are others (something about $200 buck roundtrip to Costa Rica on American and Delta). Check the airline websites.🙁
 
This is pretty nice. Looks like it is broader than just Atlanta- I grabbed some tix to Boston from Seattle for late January at the same price. Perhaps a fare war now the Delta is going cheap?

(And you get to hang out in Detroit! 🙂 )
 
i am currently looking for cheap airfare from seattle to LA. no good deals found unless books 14+ days ahead for $9x per person, 2 hrs flight for $100 still too much. any good tips to find cheaper tix?
