I noticed they mentioned AS-IS No Warranty......if it's an 05' with only 6k miles shouldn't it still have some type of factory warranty?

Yes, it has 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty from Nissan, but no warranty from the dealership.

BTW, this model in this particular color is hard as heck to find, everyone keeps a Murano and when it's up for sale, usually it's all other colors but platinum.

How is your CR-V?

My wife chose the Murano, she test drove it a while ago and loved it. Also, only this color was acceptable and as I said before, it wasn't easy finding one like this. No need for two SUVs in the house, so I sold my CR-V and bought a brand-new '06 Nissan Altima Special Edition. I LOVE that car! Will provide pics later.
