That photo was taken with a Canon EOS D60 and MP-E 65mm macro lens, with a MT-24EX macro twin lash and a 550EX flash tripped wirelessly behind the subject. I used ~1:1 magnification, 1/200s, roughly f/32 effective, ISO 100, handheld.
