It's a 128KBps stream so if it's skipping it's probably bad hops inbetween and/or a lack of bandwith on your part.

When I hosted the superbowl commercials on my FTP I hit ~250KBps when I had 16 users connected, so pushing out 128KBps isn't a problem from our end. Our dorm has a 6MBit connection.

yea ill agree that its my end. fukin school network is crap

ooo but its gettin upgraded again in march. gonna be 12MBit for teh whole campus :(

I am on a highly-optimized Cable (400 KB download from the Web and FTP), so if I can't hit a puny 128 kbps, it's NOT on my side :) Perhaps his 286 is drowning in concurrent requests :)
