Darn 56k connection...took me 2 minutes to LOAD!:disgust:
But that's probably the most fully loaded case I've seen yet!
BTW, it looks to me as if one of the AMD stickers is not aligned correctly.

Not to sound like an ass, but over half those pics were useless. My computer does not serve as a toothpaste stand either. THose are some nice system specs though. And what exactly do you need all those hard drives for?

I like it. How loud is it? That would be my main concern if I had a set-up like that.

Exactly. I have the same deal... but I don't want to have to buy a huge f*cking case just to house 6 HDs. I'm thinking something more centralized like a san on the cheap.

First: Sweet noogies. Nice.

Second (criticism): Your rig is well done, but we need to see the INSIDE! Hehehee. Also, please please please get some black vinyl dye and make the drive faceplates the same color. I know there's a door, but to go through all of that setup, it really should have blakc faceplates. You can even order them for like $10 each (it appears you have the cash).

Third: (In response to Schadenfroh) How is this overdone? In most circles this would be considered an average case.
Raid array/dual PSU/overclocked with voltage mod/80% acrylic/watercooled cpu gpu, chipset, mem/ enough lights to have rays come from your window at night/5 inch LCD reporting temps, speeds, voltages, disk capacity/multiple baybus/DVD writer/etching (real, not stick-on)/etc
These things are the requirements BEFORE reaching overkill. ;)

There is no such thing as a "SAN on the cheap" ;)...

An Adaptec RAID controller with 64MB of Cache is nice with several SCSI drives. Hope your backup is up to date since you are running RAID 0 across drives that are probably close to three years old and only one PS in your case.....UPS? Battery backup for RAID or is write disabled?

What? No Window? ;)

Was that 2 PSU's I saw? Do you have them set up as redundant or is one just for fans/lighting/extra drives etc?

That's one decked out computer. Please list specs and some pics of the insides in the light.

Those HDs are just asking to get their covers replaced with plexiglass and LEDs.

You know, you just gave me a good idea how I should rebuild mine.

But in terms of cooling, I think it is a bit loud. That is way too many fans in my opinion. I think I could have done with 4 (not including power supplys or heatsinks)

The sticker on the inside is a bit crooked. ;)

Nice window for the hard drives but how the hell it suppose to get fresh air? I would think those suckers produce quite a bit of heat to be at least concerned.

Stickers do make it go faster.... :p but I think it clashes.

We got to see the insides!

i wonder if it would be much better to replace those 3 fans on the left side of the case with a window and have that 120mm in the rear on the motherboard side duct the air from the heatsink. (unless you have something like a dual processor...)

You have enough room for watercooling too.

Overall, good case, cute twins. :)
