Let's assume a group consists of roughly equal numbers of Xs and Ys. 46 selections are made from this group, resulting in 11 Xs being selected and 35 Ys. The standard deviation of this result is ~12 by my calculation. Correct or incorrect? Stats was never an easy class for me.
