Check hard drive temps behind raid?

I have a raid 0+1 array with 4 WD 74gb raptors, and want to check the temps on the drives. WD said something regarding SMART, but didn't know of any programs that could read the temperature when the drive is in a raid array.

Anyone know of a program that will do this?

I just installed http://www.hddtemp.com but it didn't find any hard drives at all for some reason.

hey. SiSandra software can check HDD tmps im almost positive.
Along with Speedfan

lemee hear your temps when you get them back.

if they are behind a RAID card you might have a few issues. FYI

HDDTemp.com's web site shows which versions work with RAID. It looks like it won't work with SCSI RAID and may not work with SATA RAID. It says the paid versions work with IDE RAID arrays.

my Highpoint raid card has a web GUI and gives off all kinds of goodies and I love it.

If the SiSandra software is this one: http://www.jaggedonline.com/ then it won't work because I am not going to spend $250 just to check my HD temps.

Speedfan (http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php) only reports my 400gb drive, currently reading at 52 degrees C

I can't read the temps behind any of my raid arrays. Only single hdds and software raid works.
